Hi: Got to your blog. Interesting and like very much. Varied subjects. Gallery: all those cars an interest of yours? Many memories popped up while viewing them lol. Big sis seems to have a bit of a painful chip and does not seem to realize she has surpassed her expectations without attending college. Having and maintaining a business is not easy at anytime in ones life and more so with our present economy. I should know I had one. I too have an older sister and things can become strained between us as well. I attended college and obtained a degree in my thirties and she did not. I paid my own way and at one time felt I needed acknowledgment from my family, but soon became tired of wanting approval knowing God saw my sacrifices and blesses me accordingly. Then came to the conclusion that "college" is really no big thing. It just gave me the ability to put things that I had learned in proper "boxes" as I call them. I know many who have degrees and work at something other than what their degree was for, either by life's circumstances or economic reasons and work where your college education doesn't mean much - me included. Life is what you make of it college degree or no college degree. Well, I've put in my two cents without being "judgmental" I hope. Be of good cheer good to know one can vent with our siblings avoiding the pit falls of direct confrontation. Much luck in all your endeavors Lulublue. God bless.
