I had a great Mother's Day and I hope everybody had a good weekend, mother or not a mother. I received a handmade card and two scented candles from one of my sons, and a large (11 X 14") piece of art from my youngest one. The piece of art is very cool, in yellows, grays, dark blues, and orange hues, with an acrostic poem with my name - the last 2 lines are my favorites: Extremely awesome, Never as weird as a possum! How can you NOT love that??!! I put a high value on creativity and originality so these things are priceless to me.
Finally, my sons moved my PC from the bedroom to the dining room and vice versa with the old Mac. It's not easy to type when sitting on the edge of a bed, although I tried. Hopefully, the sharp pain in the right side of my neck will go away now.
And since I see the topic of butts has come up on Blogstream today, I thought I'd find something appropriate:

You know what they say about "good appetites"!
Since my tailbone was knocked around in a car accident years ago, my butt's never really been the same. I don't have any tattoos on my tush, either. I don't really like scrawny or bony butts.
Just as in dance, in modeling school we were "taught" to walk without sticking out our butts. The instructors would have us practice standing with back against the wall and pressing the small of the back against the wall, too. Being slightly sway-backed, I would have to bend my knees a bit then straighten back up in the "correct" posture. Then we were expected to walk like that. This was 40 years ago! I hope things have gotten easier for those wanting to improve their posture and self-esteem by going to modeling school.
This makes me think of my 2 year old singing Queen's 'Fat-Bottom Girls' while sitting in the grocery cart as we went shopping! He's my Leo son; he has always loved an audience, so his singing was nice and loud.
Now you go have a great day! We're looking toward the Summer Solstice in a matter of weeks! Yikes!!!
Blessings, Lulublue
