 Have a Happy, Safe Halloween!

Our plans have changed and twisted like a DNA model as far as this evening's plans go. Things have taken unexpected twists and turns everywhere we look. My advice? Have a back-up plan. Whatever you plan, have a second choice in case the first falls through. This goes until November 19, at least. The election might have unexpected consequences.

About the "war on terror". When did it start? How will we know when it is over? In looking back through history, humanity has been fighting this to some degree all along.

Spreading democracy throughout the world, too? Not all people, areas, or religions are compatible with democracy at this time.

Rehabilitate a sexual predator? Not a chance. If they are to live in a "free" society, they really need their own so the rest of us are not some supply of victims. The idea of a colony for predators is not that strange. I am so sick of hearing about a predator released back into society to repeat their deranged fantasies.

Treat others as you would have them treat you. lulu

 AUDI CONVERTIBLE

Hey, Slow Down!!! You were in a new 'sand' or 'champagne' metallic car, driving south or south-east on Mission Canyon Drive at 1:45 today, Monday, Oct. 23, 2006.

My yellow '71 VW had limped to the side of the road. If I had been speeding like so many of you were, I'd have hit the stone wall or telephone pole by the bridge over the creek by Rocky Nook Park and Natural History Museum. My son was with me at the side of the road.

Thanks to you friendly couple (woman had long blonde hair) driving the camper who asked if we needed help.

Most of the people in big trucks were using some caution there, but alot of the SUV's and newer cars were going way too fast.

Slow Down, Santa Barbara! You're killing too many people...lulu

 Cat Food

When I was in the cat food aisle, picking out the Whiskas in the pouch for WildThing, my tortie cat, a woman was discussing the cat food with someone on the other end of her cell phone. I wish my cat could do that. If she could just let me know, via cell phone, exactly which kind of dinner she wanted, it would make shopping much easier and less time-consuming.

Have a great Sunday, noticing creativity, children, and play and the good stuff they bring into your life. Leo, Sun, relate to these blessings. lulu
